About

Who You Are Working With

Fiona Galloway is the founder of Nourished Space and the creator of The Nervous System Rebuild™ Method. For more than 20 years, her work has explored the relationship between stress, health, emotional wellbeing, breath, movement, food, and the patterns people carry beneath high-functioning lives and high-pressure environments.

With a background spanning healthcare, breathwork, yoga, emotional anatomy, facilitation, retreats, and plant-based wellness education, Fiona's approach blends physiology with real life. Her work is known for helping people understand not just what they are doing, but why their system continues to return to the same patterns under pressure.

After years of working with people who could explain their behaviours with remarkable insight but still could not interrupt them when stress was high, Fiona recognised that insight alone was not enough. Her work now focuses on helping people retrain the physiological patterns beneath stress, overthinking, shutdown, survival, and high-functioning adaptation so change becomes something the body can finally trust and sustain.

Through her 1:1 coaching, The Nervous System Rebuild™, RESET Breathwork™, retreats, workshops, and Room to Breathe™ sessions, Fiona creates spaces that are practical, deeply human, and grounded in the understanding that lasting change happens through the body, not just the mind.
