About Fiona

She has lived
this work.

For more than 25 years, Fiona Galloway has worked across coaching, breathwork, yoga, emotional wellbeing, and nervous system conditioning.

She founded Nourished Space in 2016 from a simple belief:

Real change happens when awareness, physiology, and practice come together.

Her work combines breath science, somatic awareness, emotional anatomy, and practical integration — always with the intention of helping people build the capacity to meet life differently.

Not by becoming more resilient to suffering. But by becoming more connected to themselves.
